
Frequently Asked Questions - Abstract Submission
What are the requirements to submit?
1. Topic must be relevant to child neurology and neuro-development. Basic sciences and clinical topics are accepted.
2. Abstract that is previously presented in another conference is accepted.
3. Abstract must not be a previously published work or a paper already submitted for publication.
4. Abstract is limited to 250 words in English.
5. Presenter registration is mandatory. Only 1 (ONE) presenting author will be granted free registration. Presenting authors are to register ON-SITE. Abstracts without a registered presenter will be withdrawn

How will I know if my abstract was accepted?

Conference Dates: October 18-20, 2026

Final abstract submission: August 1, 2026

Result of abstract review returned to authors: August 25-31, 2026. Abstracts will be reviewed and authors will be notified regarding acceptance. All accepted abstracts will be for poster presentation. A limited number of abstracts will be presented for Oral Platform Presentation. Authors will be notified of method of presentation thru email.

Technical specifications on poster instructions, platform presentation guidelines, session scheduling will be communicated directly to accepted authors by September 1-5, 2026
